Harry F. Koolen, Jr., is the founder and Managing Partner of PfP CONSULTING, INC. Mr. Koolen has eleven years experience in training and consulting, which comes on top of a thirteen-year international banking career (including assignments in London and Singapore). He was a partner in a Boston-based consulting firm from 1986 to 1992.
Mr. Koolen holds degrees in Russian History (B.A. - St. Lawrence University, 1969), International Management (M.S. - American Graduate School of International Management, 1972), International Relations (M.A. - University of Southern California, 1980), and Political Economy (M.A. - University of Massachusetts, 1986).

Dr. Arnold Tilden is the principal of Tilden & Associates and a partner in PfP Consulting. He has served as the lead consultant on performance improvement projects for clients like The Federal Reserve System, Credit Suisse First Boston, First Union National Bank, BNP Paribas, Johnson Controls, Trane, KPMG and Johns Hopkins University. Tilden holds degrees in psychology (B.S. - St. Lawrence University, 1969), Educational Psychology (M.S. - St. Lawrence University, 1970) and Educational Psychology (Ed.D.. - Temple University, 1977). He has taught psychology and management while serving as a college vice president.
