  1. Dr. Tilden is spot on. I have observed Sales people who cannot be quiet which often results in unsolicited information being given to a prospect who was ready to make the buying decision only to be told something that put doubts in the prospect’s mind and thereby,not allowing the prospect to buy. Introverts and extraverts need to know how to ask good questions allowing the prospect to close himself. When that happens it is a win win situation for everyone.
